Great quiz! I believe it is also helpful to note, that great leaders must be untethered within their organizations. Meaning, leaders cannot flourish, if they report to a manager. So it is very important to make sure that leaders are identified, and then removed from management oversight, or at a minimum, ensure that they report to another true leader.
